Is Easter all about the eggs?No it is about Jesus dieing for us so we in turn can go to heaven and have eternal life.Easter is the resurrection of Jesus.If you go all the way back to the beginning on the book of John it says(John chapter 1 verse4)In him was life, and that life was the light of men.Now this light never was and never can be extinguished.They put him on the cross and died,but then rose again.The light never died.No matter how depressed you are and no matter how far you stray if you believe in the resurrected Christ you will never be over come by darkness.Any ways I had a good Easter!How about you?

I agree with you, I think that people get caught up in the artificial holiday with the bunny and everything, and forget what it really is about.
