Imagination at play

In "To Kill a Mocking Bird" scout,Jem,and Dill are always playing imaginary games like Tarzan,The Rover Boy,Tom swift, and recently Boo Radley.I remember when I was little and I went to preschool we would always play make pretend games. We would play house and pretend to be anything we wanted to like cats, dogs ,airplanes, monsters, dragons, cops, robbers, cowboys, and Indians.I also remember when my neighbor Justin and I would play pretend everyday in the summer.I can specifically remember playing in the wooden fort his dad had built and I was the "damsel in distress".Justin was of course my night in shining armor he would run around with a stick to fight off all the bad guys yelling take that and I'll save you!In the tower (wooden fort)I would be yelling help me Justin!Save Me!Finally he would climbed up the tower take my hand and go down the slide.

Those were the good days, no worries, and all fun!! I miss not understanding reality, because it was a time of innocence and imagination! It was memorable!

Some times I wish that I could go back and take a break from being a teenager and play with my old friends. Just because I had so much fun back then and no I seem to be so busy.
