I started the Christy Miller series over Christmas break and I just finished the last book yesterday!!! They are a pretty short read and there are actually two different series one with 12 books about Christy's high school years and a second series with 3 books about Christy's college years!! The books were so intriguing I had to force myself to put them down!! The author is Robin Jones Gunn and the books are all about a teenage girl and her struggles as she goes through high school and college!! I have learned so many important lessons from these books and think they would be awesome books for other girls my age to read!! My favorite part of the books was the love story that unfolded throughout the series!! It was so cute!! Christy meets Todd, the guy of her dreams, in the first book and then ends up marrying him in the last book!!! The books tell the story of their whole relationship and Christy has some of the same struggles with guys as I am having!!! I hope to find a guy in my life just like Todd, who is encouraging, easy to talk to, good looking, of course, and helps me grow in my faith!! To make this series an even better read, they are also Christian based and have great references to bible verses!!!! I was so sad to see this series finally come to an end but I was happy to discover that there is another series written by the same author about Christy's friend in college, Sierra Jensen!! I hope to begin reading this series as soon as I make another trip to the library!!

This series looks really good. You convinced me that I would want to read them. I like books that I can relate to events in my life. Reading people or stories with problems that you are having makes you feel better sometimes...you know?

Yeah! I agree with all of you guys! This does look like a great series! I'm about to finish the Left Behind series and it looks like I've already got my next series picked out! Thanks! Oh and if you need another series to read I would recommend the Left Behind series! It is pretty awesome! It is another one of those books that you might get in trouble for reading in class with because it is literally impossible to put it down!
