Juliet and her Mother

Since today is Mother's day, I thought I would tie this in with Romeo and Juliet. Once I found out that Juliet had a nurse who had pretty much taken complete care of her since she had been born, I had began to wonder what kind of relationship Juliet had with her mother. Personally I would begin to feel as if the nurse was my mother instead of my biological one. I mean think about it, mothers are the ones who take care of you, but in Juliet's situation her nurse does. It seems like Juliet spends more time and bonds more with her nurse rather than her mother. I am lucky to have a really good relationship with my mom. However, I would definitely not consider her my best friend. I tell my mom all of the important things that happen in my life. I just couldn't imagine not having a close relationship with your mother like Juliet.
