Married at thirteen?!?!
Ok, we all know the story of how Romeo and Juliet got married, while Juliet was only 13 years old. How can they call that true love when they met each other on the same day! Two lovers...correction lusters, get married the first day they see each other at the ripe old age of 13 and 15... Well maybe if they were a little bit older it would be believable but i guess some people are crazy like that. It is a nice love story i will admit that but to be in your teens and be willing to die for your "true love" is a little bit wacky. Have fun dying for each other later on in the story young lovers!

I totally agree it is completely ridiculous. They are way too young and I don't even think that they know what love really is.
I know it seems a little out-of-this-world for a thirteen and fiifteen year old to get married, but it kind of makes sense. I think yound adults can find more pure love than older ones because when people are young, they see others for who they are, not what makes them who they are. I doubt a thirteen year old would worry about marrying a rich man as much as a 25 year old woman. I think its abnormal that Romeo and Juliet exchange vows, but it doesn't make it wrong.
The only thing that i really find odd is how they got married the day they saw eachother. If they had waited maybe a couple weeks? Then it might actually make a little sense to get married.
