When we were assigned the writers workshop this morning I had no idea of who I would choose as a friend in the book. I don't really think I would be best friends with Romeo or Juliet because they seem a little to sappy and they also shut out their other firends to be together. I think that I would be friends with Benvolio and Tybalt. I would be friends with Benvolio because he seems nice and loyal as a friend. I would also be friends with Tybalt, however strange that may sound, because he has a bad temper and I would not want to be his enemy. The person I like least in the book is Mercutio because he is really perverted and despite Romeo's dreary love life Mercutio is not a supportive friend. Who would you guys choose to be friends with?

Yeah I would have to agree with you. I could not befriend Mercutio because he is mean to Romeo by teasing him about the girls that he loved. Mercutio has a sense of humor that only he thinks is funny.
I do not really think I would like to be his friend.

I would befriend Rosaline!!She isn't mentioned in the book so I can make up her personality.She could be the best of friend.I absolutley despise Tybalt!He is so weird and perverted.
You are all wrong, Mercutio is the funniest and most interesting character in the play. You are all just too sensitive because Romeo is a little sissy lover and Romeo acts like an actual man
